Luc once used to work for Siemens Belgium as a Unix specialist and ICT consultant in the Professional Services division of Siemens Nixdorf Information Systems (1985-1992). The client portfolio included major financial institutions, federal and local government and EU, as well as the top-500 industrial companies.

During the past years he performed a.o. consultancy assignments for the IWT as part of the project evaluation team and the University of Ghent, where he instructed as a business coach for entrepreneurial startups. He also was a consultant to the advisory board at Petercam for the high-tech PAM Technology fund.

Currently he executes specific consulting and advisory tasks on a project-by project base, mainly in the M&A sphere.
