DIRECTOR

Luc held a fairly large amount of board positions during the past years. In good times as well as in crisis times. The total accumulated experience in the boards of his various companies adds up to over 100 years, which is almost exactly double his physical life years. Maybe here is the explanation of some grey hairs...

He held board positions in most of his investee companies. As chairman of the Board of Jobscape Holding nv, an e-recruitment company, Luc was involved in the trade sale of Jobscape Belgium to StepStone, which went public in 2001 on the Oslo Stock Exchange.

He was a.o. also founding partner and chairman of the Board of Neo Group Ventures cva. Neo Group merged with Capricorn Venture Partners in 2001 and the fund and advisory activities were since completely integrated into Capricorn. The management company was subsequently restructured into Neo Associates cvba. Luc holds a board mandate on behalf of Capricorn in Amplexor.

In 2004, Luc took up a mandate as non-executive director at Sofico, a company active in Europe and Australia in the leasing and fleet management solutions software. Sofico currently employs over 100 qualified staff and is the number one niche player in Europe and Australia.

Starting 2006, he accepted a mandate as chairman of the board of Arkafund, a joint venture between Dexia bank and Corelio under the umbrella of the Arkimedes initiative of the Flemish government. Arkafund takes participations in early-stage media and ICT ventures, based in the Flanders region. Luc was a.o. a director in Netmining, one of the first participations of Arkafund, which was sold to Innovation Interactive already in 2008. He also acts as chairman of the board for Yuntaa, ADAM Software and Oxynade.
